Developed revolutionary training methodology for 78 F-16 pilots raising mission readiness levels from 39 to 100% despite simultaneously implementing forced 21% budget reductions. Maintained qualification as an F-16CM Instructor and Evaluator Pilot.

Led team of seven elite military and civilian operators conducting crisis action planning for Homeland Defense and Defense Support of Civil Authorities to integrate airpower into contingency operations.
