Held multiple leadership roles and collateral duties to include Work-Center Supervisor, Joint Commission Assistant, Safety Officer, Infection Control Officer, Forms/Records Petty Officer, Destructive Weather Representative, Anti-Terrorism Representative, Command Tiger Team Representative, and Front Desk Manager. Conducted daily inspections of facility to ensure operations were smooth, patients needs were met, and that everything was done safety and efficiently.

Conducted 6 field operations to train ER Doctors, Nurses, and Corpsmen on battlefield medicine, forward resuscitative surgery, and helicopter pickup/delivery of patients.
