TCI currently employs full time technical recruiters and obtains candidates from multiple sources which include direct advertising (local and national markets), electronic (internet), employee referrals, and direct recruiting for specific technology skills. All candidate information is stored in a custom TCI Candidate Database for future retrieval as necessary.
TCI has in-house technical staff in its Advanced Solution Center that are used to technically interview candidates to determine the extent of candidate technical proficiency in given skill sets.
