Battalion Maintenance Chief
•Participated in the training and material review for the EFSS 120mm mortar for MarCorSysCom from October 2005 to September 2006.
•Conducted training with the 11th Regiment of Artillery Marines in Reims, France to observe the EFSS 120mm Mortar to gather information to provide guidance for the maintainer IETM and training material review for MARCORSYSCOM.
•Trained, instructed, supervised and evaluated the performance of 4 to 14 personnel during periods of high turnover.
•Supervised the maintenance of up to 30 M198 Medium Towed Howitzers and all associated equipment at 1st through 3rd echelon of maintenance in support of the II MEF equipment maintenance program.
•Received a Certificate of Commendation in November 2004 from the Battalion Commanding Officer for superior performance of duties.
