Expertise in maritime Search and Rescue operations, experience in high-end law enforcement/counterterrorism tactics, techniques, and procedures, and proven leadership/vision within command and control of large military branches. A highly competent helicopter pilot (CFII rating) with worldwide experience and a proven safety record with 2800+ flight hours.
