Don was a career coach before the industry had a name for what he does. One of his industry certifications is shared by only ten others on earth. He wrote the industry’s first certification to enable career professionals to support veterans and their spouses as they transition to civilian life. The Air Force invited Don to write and teach the very first Executive Transition Assistance Program.
