Harry Phillips has over three decades of leadership experience assessing international and domestic threats and vulnerabilities in the defense and homeland security arenas. In October 2009 he assumed duties as a Supervisory Intelligence Analyst with the Philadelphia Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he oversees both national security and criminal intelligence issues.
