I was in the Navy for 15 years. I hurt my back and had to get out. I work at Amazon now but eventually I would like to run my own Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company.

Ruptured my Spleen here. Had fun learning more security and got to drive boats learned how to work on outboards. Shot some awesome weapons here.

Hull swap from the Harpers-Ferry LSD-49. Got my ESWS on here from Harpers-Ferry. Was only here for about 4 months....... But I will be back.

Main Propulsion Colt Pilstick Diesel engines and Emergency Diesel Fairbanks Morse Diesel engines. Learned the ins and outs of Amphib life. Learned a lot of cool things. Went to Captains Mast became a ENFN again and then almost a month later became an EN2. It was pretty cool. In August 2002 we did a Hull Swap with the USS Germantown LSD42.

USS Harpers-Ferry (LSD-49)
Got back to Camp Pendleton the morning of September 11, 2001. We were offloading our Marines and then got mustered in our respective mustering stations and found out about the Twin Towers in New York. What a blow that was, we did not know if we were going to finish offloading and go home or load back up and go back to sea. Crazy and unforgetable.
