Bio
Entered the regular Army in 1992 after having served in the Puerto Rico Army National Guard and deployed in support of Operation Desert Storm. In 1992 I join the regular Army and deployed to Guam, Panama, Haiti, Kosovo, Honduras, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Peru to name a few, in support of full spectrum operations. I also served as Military Adviser with a Special Operations Units and the DEA.
