I just pasted my 20 year mark in the U.S. Army and I gleaned alot of experience. I have had the honor to provide leadership, training and professional development for several NCOs and Soldiers. Some followed in my footsteps and become Warrant Officer’s and some that are currently serving as 1SG’s, MSG’SFC’s leading the way for America’s Troops. I STILL enjoy what I do and have no plans to leave.
