An accomplished senior competitive/market intelligence professional and strategist with more than 20 years of experience working with the military and in the private sector as both a practitioner and a consultant. The last eleven years (less the time deployed with the army) have been spent designing, implementing, constantly improving, and maintaining a comprehensive competitive intelligence program used to develop tactics and drive strategy in a $4 billion company. Experienced in competitive landscape development, scenario planning, war gaming, strategy development and implementation. Adept at competitive/market intelligence requirement definition, source management, information collection, competitive & market analysis, and intelligence product development. Supervised staffs of up to 45 and commanded units of over 60; consistently brings complex tasks to closure on time under adverse conditions.
