While working at Crawford & Co for the past 7 years, I’ve held many important positions which have advanced my professional experience. I first began as a design AutoCAD specialist but soon excelled in this role and was promoted to Lead Designer for one of Crawford & Companies’ largest accounts, BAE Systems. Following a demanding role as Lead Designer, I was promoted to Project Manager for this client and I soon gained traveling experience while managing projects nationwide. As a Project Manager, I had the ability to design the projects and also execute them from start to finish. Seeing a need for projects to run more smoothly, I presented the idea to start a flooring department within Crawford & Co. This idea has now grown into a complete flooring division within the company and it’s utilized by many of our current and new clients. The flooring department has gone even further and has now developed a full Lift-System so that we can raise workstations in order to replace carpet with less interruption and dismantle cost. Working at Crawford & Co gave me the experience and expertise to deliver big business strategies and tactics to businesses of every size.
