Superintendent, 17th Air Force Manpower & Personnel
Managed all daily and long term Department of Defense and USAF Human Resource (HR) requirements and programs for the continent of Africa. Managed daily operations including all facets of HR management, manpower assessments, program inspections, organizational training and hiring/firing for a 240+ employee organization. Developed policy relating to all phases of HR procedures including orientation, employee recognition/reward, training, annual appraisals, grievances, diversity management, and recruitment.

Superintendent, USAF Europe Officer & Enlisted Assignments
Managed and trained 23 staff members to execute a $99 million personnel management & relocation budget; assessed and placed 22 thousand employees throughout Europe. Used strategic HR planning to evaluate organization structures, assess manpower requirements and author job descriptions for 34 thousand available positions rotating on a 3 year schedule. Authored command policy for workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, rotational criteria and relocation benefits to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
