Manage the soldier direct ship program for the PA Army National Guard. Verify that all soldiers have training dates for BCT and AIT. Coordinate with the MEPS Guidance Counselors to ensure soldiers are administratively prepared to report for training. Planed, coordinated, and executed the inspection program designed to assess organizational effectiveness in a number of areas to include training, maintenance, leadership, logistics and workforce morale. Rendered advice to the PA National Guard Inspector General and other staff members of the PA National Guard.

Responsible for providing technical assistance for the preparation and review of training directives, operation orders, mobilization plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and readiness reporting.
