Currently a Master Instructor in the Public Affairs Leadership Department at the U.S. Department of Defense Information School, Fort Meade Md., with an annual student population of 300 in a joint-service communication school. As a Master Instructor one uses their proficiency and expertise as a learning multiplier to increase the organization's communication effectiveness and teaching skills.
Mr. Dodd served 21 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as a captain in 2003.
