Bio
After over 40 years in naval service and in the manufacturing, quality management, inspection and ship repair industries, Eagle Crest Enterprises, Ltd. (WOSB) and Eagle Crest Training Institute, LLC (SDVOSB) were incorporated with the mission to help small businesses and individuals succeed.
David A. Finke, President of Eagle Crest Training Institute, LLC (SDVOSB) and Vice President of Eagle Crest Enterprises Ltd, (WOSB) has been recognized by Worldwide Who’s Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in maritime training.
From 1975 to 1996, Mr. Finke served in the United States Navy in the military, he served on two nuclear fast-attack submarines, one submarine tender and one nuclear powered cruiser.

Coordinated shipyard work on submarines and voyage repairs for surface ships. Laid ground work for the creation of the Regional Maintenance Center.

Assigned to USS Long Beach (CGN 9). Rescued several hundred people from Subic Bay, Philippines in the wake of volcano eruption on Mt. Pintubo. Spent several months in the Persian Gulf and in Bahrain post Gulf War. Visited Singapore, Hong Kong, Diego Garcia.

Assigned to USS Long Beach (CGN 9). Visited Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Barbados, Panama Canal on round the world cruise.

Adak, Alaska
Assigned to USS Dixon (AS 36). Performed a remote site repair availability in Adak, Alaska and voyage repair in Sitka, Alaska.

North Atlantic
Under ice operations in USS Spadefish (SSN 668). Surfaced near the North Pole. Walked on the ice cap. Visited Scotland, Germany, England and France.
