SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
I am a retired military officer with 27 years experience in the United States Army, including nine overseas tours. I worked after retirement as a contractor and then as a Department of Army civilian at United States Army Central, Ft. McPherson, Georgia as a joint exercise training planner. I graduated in May 2014 from Clayton State University, Morrow, GA, with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Legal Studies. I also received a Paralegal Certificate. This was my second bachelor’s degree, the first being from Columbus College, Columbus, Ga, with a BS in General Studies with an emphasis area of History and Political Science. I am an experienced manager with significant experience in the areas of operations and intelligence. My strengths are in management, planning, strategic thinking, decision making, organization, and interpersonal skills. I am a creative and conscientious individual with the ability to rapidly grasp complex concepts, can take on a myriad of tasks and arrange them into superbly planned and coordinated activities. I learn quickly, plan well, and solve problems with results. I was granted both SECRET and TOP SECRET/SCI security clearances by the United States government during my tenure in the U.S. Army and with a SECRET security clearance as a retired employee. I am fluent in English, socially fluent in French, and gaining proficiency in Spanish. I am an experienced briefer, proficient in Microsoft Office.
