I believe that leadership is developed and as such is an art, skill, or science that allows one to direct the thoughts, plans, and actions of others; my intent is to facilitate a creative atmosphere of excellence where cohesive team efforts proactively produce projects on time, on task, and on budget - with minimum external supervision and within an acceptable margin of error.
His memberships include the American Academy of Urgent Care Medicine; Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity; Beta Beta Beta Society; Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) Solar System Ambassador Program; and the US Army Chemical Corps Regiment. An armiger and knight of Pontifical Equestrian and Religious Military Orders, he is married to Her Excellency, Alicia Gabriela, Countess Tomasella, and has three daughters, the Ladies: Grace, Clara, and Giovanna.

Responsible for the development and coordination of all matters pertaining to contingency and operational CBRN plans for the installation. Analyzes directives and guidance for emergency, operational, and mobilization planning. Assists in formulating, developing, coordinating, and publishing current and long range plans. Coordinates multiple planning cells. Analyzes available data to extract criminal, physical, or terrorist threat information relevant to the security of the installation.
