I currently work as a Lead Police Officer with the US Department Of Veterans Affairs. I am a member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association as well as the Knights Of Columbus. I am active with both the Girl and Boyscouts. I also coach soccer.

Squad Leader
I mentored 2-3 team leaders (E-5's) in conducting day to day opperations of transportation squad.
Ensured all soldiers were aware of duties, tasks, and expected behavior.
Provided consequences by way of counseling sessions and award recommendations.
Conducted planning of all training at the Squad level and platoon level as necessary.
Appointed as the acting Platoon Sergeant on more than one occassion.

Volunteered for extra orders in preperation of OIF deployment.
