Military Training Instructor (MTI)
Responsible for the training and development of trainee assigned to my care. At this time we were turning flights of 75 airman every six weeks. Other responsibilities were Color Guard, as well as Charge of Quarters. One of one hundred trainees entered into MTI school to cover the loss of MTIs with war skills to the conflict in Vietnam.
