 Trained subordinates in multiple welding processes such as SMAW/GMAW/GTAW.  Supervised, welded, inspected, installed, modified, and performed maintenance on metal body components, radiators, fuel tanks, hulls, and accessories of Army watercraft and amphibians.  Created and implemented standard operating procedures that resulted in a maintenance flow that was easy to understand as well as productive.  Designated as the HAZMAT Supervisor and coordinated the storage and disposal of all HAZMAT items.

Maintained a 98% readiness on over 500 pieces of equipment in Camp Taji, and Kalsu. Coordinated delivery of parts and supplies from Taji to Kalsu for mission critical equipment.
