Enlisted as a radio-teletypewriter operator, promoted to Sergeant. Completed my first tour in Iraq as a member of the 101st Airborne Div. Transitioned to the West Virginia National Guard and attended OCS, branching Armor. Branch transitioned to Engineer and the 1030th EN BN, Virginia National Guard. Volunteered for assignment with the 276th EN BN for deployment to Mosul, Iraq.
I am a retired Soldier and retired Corrections Sergeant. I am a married father of four. Other than my 2 careers, I have experience as a Firefighter, Radio DJ, bartender and private security officer. My hobbies are shooting, reloading, hunting and fishing.
