Supervised and guided six subordinate units in the performance of their duties involving awards; discharges; weight control; promotions; adverse actions; transfers within/ outside of the state; conditional releases; suspension of favorable personnel actions; medical readiness issues. Generated battalion level authorized orders; pay issues; postal services; technician payroll; assisting in maintaining battalion strength and personnel service support and unit status reporting. I supervised 4 full-time Soldiers and 4 part-time Soldiers with the admin section.

Was responsible for accountability of all equipment issues to the section; scheduled all ranges and training areas for six subordinate units. Developed, published and maintained records for all Operations Orders and Fragmented Operations Orders for the battalion. I facilitated activities and resources for the battalion headquarters. Planned and managed the execution of all battalion level training operations. I supervised 7 part-time Soldiers within the Operations sections. I am trained as Operational and Physical Security manager; Information Security Officer Manager; and Antimerism manager.

Provided counsel and guidance to subordinates. Supervised 3 full-time Soldiers and 30 part-time Soldiers. Safety Officer trained.
