I'm a Soldiers first NCO. Everybody that know me knows that I'm all about developing and taking care of Soldiers. I love being in Leadership positions but I can also perform on both sides of the house (staff). My short term goal is to finish my Masters. My long term goal is to retire at 30 years as a CSM.
