Bio

As a BN Commander I see my focus as encouraging individuals to improve in one or more demensoins in their life: Personal, Military, Education, Physical/Health every year. For some that is going to an MOS producing school. For some it is getting off of a profile. Some it is College or Masters, and for some its a job or marriage. In this way I leave the Soldier, the Unit, and the Army in better shape than I found it. Soldiers dont care how much you know until they know how much you care. I am an encourager not a discourager.
