I've been a mortgage Banker for nearly 30 years and have assisted hundreds of military families with VA mortgage financing. I grew up in Newport, RI and am the son of a 30 year USN Veteran, Master Chief Joseph F DeVine, who after retirement continued to work at the Newport Navy Base. My spouse is also the daughter of a John Drake, USN Captain, who also served for 30 years.
