o Responsible for the health, welfare, training, and professional development of 2 Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and over 3 Soldiers.
o Duties include assisting with inpatient and outpatient care and treatment for field and clinical medical facilities under the supervision of a physician, physician's assistant, and nurse.
o Additional duties while assigned to Cadet Summer Training 2018, shaping the Army’s future leaders include;
Medical Readiness NCOIC for TaskForce of over 800 personnel
Soldier Readiness Liaison for 9 SRP operations for over 100 Soldiers
Safety NCO instructing over 2,000 cadets on proper BRM protocols

o Position reserved for personnel 2 pay grades senior
o Responsible for the health, welfare, training, and professional development of three Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and over 20 Soldiers.
o Accountable for essential medical equipment and tactical vehicles in excess of $8.5M with no damage and zero loss.
o Duties include; conducting, planning, coordination, and supervision of activities pertaining to daily functions within the organization, administer and recommend plans and policies to senior leaders; establish priorities of work and organize daily goals to assigned personnel.
o Furthermore, maintaining medical supply economy disciplines for a military medical organization and sister organizations.

o Healthcare Sergeant for Charlie Company, 15th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Calvary Division
o Role II medical and medical logistical support for over 2,400 personnel within the 2nd ABCT and the 15th Brigade Support Battalion.
o Responsible for the health, welfare, training, safety, professional development, and combat readiness of six junior enlisted Soldiers
o Providing emergency medical treatment, limited primary care in a variety of operational and clinical settings with comprehensive level II medical care in preparation of worldwide contingency operation.
Selected above peers to be the Rear Detachment NCOIC based on merit, responsibility, and leadership skills.

o Position reserved for personnel 1 pay grade senior
o Responsible for health, welfare, readiness, training, and mentorship of 7 medical support staff, to include 1 Non-Commissioned Officer
o Accountable for readiness and serviceability of medical equipment in excess of $10,000.
o Duties include coordinating and supervising first responder training for 190 law enforcement personnel, across three installations, to include specialty programs inherent to military police.
o Instructed combat lifesavers (CLS) training to over 100 non-medical personnel in preparation for Europe operations, 96% pass rate and 100% re-test rate.
o Other duties include; Medical Readiness Officer, Profile Manager, and Hearing Conservation Officer.
