• Led 65 soldiers and 30 civilians in conducting ground and flight tests of weapons systems (MLRS, FLAGE, Copperhead, Patriot, Pershing missile, and M-1 Tank). Briefed general officers, political leaders, and foreign dignitaries on significant test activities.

• Division Ammunition Officer. • Battalion Operations Officer (S-3) of 3d Battalion, 6th FA, as the battalion fielded the Army's first MLRS battery. Planned and executed a one-month deployment of the entire 500-man battalion from Fort Riley to WSMR/Fort Bliss to conduct a successful live fire exercise which resulted in the battalion being certified as First Unit Equipped. • Battalion Motor Officer of 3d Battalion, 6th Field Artillery, responsible for the Operational Readiness of 40 tracked vehicles and 60 wheeled vehicles.
