This app didn't allow me to choose my proper rank. I separated from the Air Force, in 1983, as an E-4, but with the rank of Sgt. I had received an early "Below the Zone" promotion from Airman to Sr. Airman, in 1978, which allowed me to achieve the rank of Sgt.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from UMass--Boston, in 1989, with a BS in dual majors of Political Science, and General Management.
