I spent 25 years with the US Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District (15 Years) and Los Angeles District (10 years) One of my functions was Emergency Operations Center Manager. After retirement, I moved to PA with my wonderful husband, Randy, who spent 26 years in the Coast Guard and retired as a Senior Chief.
