MAJOR (Retired) Edgar S. Otero-Muniz:
Major Edgar S. Otero-Muniz is originally from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and retired in San Antonio, Texas in 2014. He was commissioned through ROTC as a Second Lieutenant in the Infantry Corps in 1999 at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Education (Secondary Level).
