Responsible for the integration and synchronization of the Army Materiel Command (AMC) emerging capabilities and processes into the Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) Agile Acquisition exercises. I created the AMC’s sustainment and technical NIE data analysis teams. Developed the AMC Sustainment Data Analysis Collection Cell within the team, with the purpose to integrate our analysis and knowledge base for future advantage and studies before government acquisition. Responsible for leading the development strategic, like business plans, those are directly aligned AMC’s support to the Army’s long term plan in war fighting platforms for future forces. Developed strategic information systems plans and operations, integrated industry emerging technology into the NIE process.

Commanded a Quarter Master Training Battalion with over 200 instructors in 9 different states and 3 Department of Defense training sites. Awarded the best Army Reserve Quarter Master Instructor Battalion. Focus the command tenure to deliver a quality quarter master combat mind and to refocus the training into sets of combat logistical purposes. Lead, planned and prepared over 200 instructors for any peacetime and national wartime emergency. Saved over USD 3.0 Million in training and travel dollars by managing reserve instructor teams by area of residence, and expertise. Awarded my second Army Meritorious non-combat medals for outstanding leadership.

Responsible for maintaining strategic and joint liaison on continuous combat operations events while synchronizing combat power platforms between three regional commands, Regional Command South (10th Mountain Division), Regional Command Southwest (UK & USMC Forces) and Regional Command West (Italian & Spanish Forces.). Exercise combat finality on targets, saving local lives and coalition military forces lives. Awarded my second US Military Bronze Star medal for actions during combat and superb leadership. Awarded the US Military Bronze Star medal for leadership and actions during combat operations.
