I'm going to OCS this coming summer. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to be successful at OCS or beyond? Be as general or specific if you'd like.

My class lost 75%, but most quit. Don't quit, ever. After a really tough session, I thought about it but chose to stay. When my TAC said "I thought we ran you off" I said "Not likely." 35 years later, I'm still at it. Army Strong.

I went through with Class 49. To be honest, it's pretty much like basic at first. Everyone has to be "in the same uniform" as well as the barracks need to look the same. If you haven't already, make an SOP for your class and distribute it. Other than that, just try to stay awake in class and try to get the best grades you can. If you can score high on your PT test, that helps out a lot come graduation. Also for Phase III, when you're going through your lanes, you want to try and get the best score possible. If you don't, you'll have the opportunity to lead your squad again; take that opportunity and try and get the highest score you can. Again, helps with graduation and your future once you get commissioned. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I actually just graduated OCS at the end of July. I commission officially the beginning of September.
