Where to start on a rotary wing warrant packet ?

Just need a sense of direction on where to start , who to see , currrently at fort drum and I’m a 42A my NCO and others keep discouraging me because I just got here and said I wanted to go warrant , because I feel like S1 isn’t for me , I have a 118 GT score ,

While I highly recommend you get some time under your belt before dropping a packet, I won’t discourage you as some have done for me. Start by reading and learning everything on the USAREC Warrant recruiting page and contacting your local recruiting team. Honestly I’d say make at least SPC, I’ve only seen one private ever make it. But your chances raise significantly with a little more time and experience under your belt. Good luck and keep pushing forward.
