I have completed SSD2 a couple of years ago and have been fighting with profiling to attend ALC. I now have that P3 profile and am worried that my restrictions my make my attendance to ALC not happen. At one point someone mentioned if my profile said i could not co something and it is a requirement to graduate ALC i can not attend. If this is true i would just like to find where in the Reg it is stated, or if there is a waver for a part of the school or the school in general.

I made the profile in a hurry to get an answer iam an E5......Did 7 years active duty then honorable discharge, thus the Veteran status is from my Active Duty time. Now in the reserves

But i will make it easy, for those that i see commenting are Senior Noncommissioned officers that retired and griping about a simple mistake instead of providing positive feedback thus the reason this site exists from what i can tell. Maybe instead of pointing out the first error which was easy to point out, provide a thought instead of jumping to the WTF senario.
Ill be ending this with a thanks for the uplifting guidance.

SGT Michael Becken - The WTF responses were due to several folks on RP turning out to be posers. And when I see a SP5 rank person (fazed out before I was born) talking about ALC, yeah I tend to get a WTF eyebrow raise.

You cannot be on a temporary profile and attend. That's about it. If you have a permanent P3 you should be referred to MEB or MAR2 or found fit for duty and retained in your MOS.
