How soon after receiving my ALC phase 1 date will I receive my ALC phase 2 date ?

Good morning all, I'm reaching out to hopefully receive more insight regarding NCOES. For reference I recently received an email stating that I have a reservation in ATRRS for ALC phase 1. I'm slated to attend phase 1 in August with a course completion of mid September, and am wondering when to expect my phase 2 date. Is there anybody I can reach out to as to better gauge tentative dates? Moreover, is it feasible for me to assume I'll attend phase 2 by the end of the year?

The Enlisted Military Schools Branch at HRC schedules all active duty ALC slots.
AFAIK, your Phase II scheduling for ALC will follow the "highest promotion points" process that your Phase I followed, so 'when' will be determined by how many seats are available and your position on the list.
However, if you want ground truth, contact the branch* and see what the expectation is (if you were already scheduled, you would have received an email from ATRRS).

You may very well have to sit down with your Schools NCO to get it lined up for ALC Phase 2. For me, even as a Reservist, I had to chase down my Course dates and get them lined up.
If you are wanting to see what dates are available, look in ATRRS for course dates for Phase 2. Also, you'll be wanting to find out, if applicable, if your MOS has a Phase 3. Most don't but some do.
Never assume that you'd be ALC Phase 2 complete by EOY. It will all depend on class availability.

Slight correction - ALC for AC enlisted are handled by HRC. The Schools NCO might have insight into the process, but they can't scheduled the seat.
