What is the process and how does it work to become a 38B? Do you go to airborne school right after? Is language training a requirement?

Depends if you're active or reserve. In the Reserves, you can reclass without going through selection.

Selection... be a good team mate and have mental ability
The Q: if selected, you will be assigned a CLANG(Control language). If u already speak a foreign language talk to your Cadre about taking a DLPT in that language. No sense in learning Indonesian if you grew up speaking Spanish at home.
CA requires a mentality and maturity beyond most junior NCOs. As an E5 I was briefing 3 star Generals. It's the best kept secret in the Army, but arguably the easiest job to get kicked out of because of the amount of rope the regiment gives you to hang yourself
