Responsibilities:You will conduct studies to evaluate missions, business processes and concepts.
You will prepare narrative analysis for department leaders.
You will investigate relevant issues of assigned problems.
You will aid in the design for the development and implementation of the Production Departments Strategic Plan, and performance metrics.

For the GS-12 position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing strategic planning and analysis of data to identify trends.
For the GS-11 position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing technical data or work specifications information.
Education:
Substitution of education for GS-11:
Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:
Completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.)

Completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.)
