I think you need to consult with a civilian lawyer who works on military cases. Usually there are civilian attorneys who are former military lawyers who are very familiar with the military system. Frankly, your petition shows you have no idea how the judicial system works and the role of the Supreme Court. So IMO you need to get to a lawyer who can explain your actual options for appealing your discharge. This petition just makes you appear clueless and will not advance your cause one bit.
