I have read stories onthis and seen those surgeon kits at museums...I can't imagine the pain these guys went through...they just got them liquored up and had them bite down on stuff and some of them they had to physically restrain while they cut off limbs...just makes me cringe. thanks for the share.

Awesome post! Just imagine there could be undiscovered limb pit across the south and in PA.
