In the United States taxation can not be Confiscatory Taxation. Under the U.S. Constitutional system courts are directed/will grant relief from perceived property, business and home confiscatory taxes upon legal appeal.

Is that 3dot811% or 3thousand811% ? I received the last notice For all my property which absolutely doubles my taxes for 2025. Of course I am one of those 15 percenters who pays my tax the day I receive the statement. They never say thank you, they only warn the people what they'll do to them if they are late.
