I loved the tour so much I extended for a 2nd tour and was aiming for my 3rd when Command told me Ar said I had to give other sm's a chance and rotate to another duty station. The patrols were awesome and put ones skills to the test as far as straight legs go, dont know exactly how many patrols these legs did but I was up on the Z every chance I got!

I was there when they turned it over to the ROK. Remember that time frame well. Alpha Company 2nd Battalion 72nd Armor, Camp Casey. May 1991-May 1992.

James, I came back for my 3rd and final trip to Korea July 91 just in time for it! I was a contractor starting in July of 91 till July 2000.... :-) 13 years by then in Korea was enough! :-)
