How long do Direct Commission Orders take to come back from HRC (these days)?

I completed the 60W (Reserve) Direct Commission process and signed my DA71 and contract in August 2020. Still waiting for HRC orders. I was assured by my recruiters back in August 2021 that they had been sending inquiries to their higher command a few times a month, but not sure of the status now since I’ve had no further communication.
Anyone have any suggestions of anything I can do at this point? Just wait I assume?

So are you actually in the USAR? Are you a CPT, do you have a CAC ID saying as such?
I'm confused by the time line and your use of the CPT rank.
I'm equally suspect you simply were never informed long ago and missed your orders in your mail and or e-mail. Have you checked your iPerms documents? It would be there, and once you log into HRC and iPerms it will identify you as a CPT.
Do you even have mil mail, and a CAC ID?
Otherwise.......... are you even in the USAR?
Yes, the direct commission process is a pain in the ass. I did so myself. But I was a SGT at the time, so I was already in the system. So I could see all my personnel statuses. After submitting the DA71 it was a few weeks still, NOT AN ENTIRE YEAR!!!!! and poof I was a 2LT with orders to my new unit.
Who are you attending battle assemblies with? Ask them..............

MAJ Byron Oyler
If she signed a DA71 and is a provider then CPT would be correct. The rest is interesting.

Doesn't sound normal at all.
Have you contacted the recruiters commander?
Maybe one of our recruiters here in RP can help you out.

If things have not changed, and she is a CPT, sounds as if she was commissioned as a Reserve Officer in the AUS as a 1LT MC. Since she is a CPT, then there was a concurrent call to AD in the AUS. She is a CPT, AUS. At least, that how it used to work.
