Russia targets Ukrainian military base near Polish border in escalation

This isn't a surprise based on historical facts that once supplies arrive within a combat zone they become targets. The same goes for foreign soldiers not sanctioned by their governments showing up as volunteers to the fight. Look at US pilots that volunteered to join France in WW1 and Britain in WW2.

But will Russia manufacture an excuse to attack a NATO country?
