As soon as the next Secretary of Health is confirmed by the Senate, I will send him the following message:



Dear Secretary (Kennedy),



I submit the response of Mr. Becerra, U.S. Secretary of Health, to a plea about the failure of toxicology. The Secretary's response is sent from the Health Agency in charge of the National Toxicology Program (National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences). So, this is a serous answer. The plea follows this message.



The causes of cancer and Alzheimer's disease outlined by the Collège de France are combined (pollution, infection, metabolism, anxiety). See attachement.

Yet these causes are not treated by oncologists or general practitioners.

The same applies to all chronic illnesses (Autism, sclerosis, etc.).

This is rather unusual.



Official diagnoses are based on blood tests. But blood is not representative of the body.



The alternative is to administer the heavy metal treatment and analyse the urine one and a half hours later. According to the French Toxicology Societies, metals appear in all those analysed.



Poison treatments are banned and unrecognized because Western health agencies have not carried out population-based studies. These treatments are not banned for scientific or medical reasons, but solely for administrative reasons. 95% of the body is therefore neglected by medicine and science.



The scope of treatment extends to the whole body, right up to the brain. The studies and analysis after treatment will express a value in a healthy population. This value will be the reference. In a sick person, the value will be compared with the reference value. And we will treat until the value falls back to the reference value. As the reference value has not been established, Western health agencies have prohibited treatment, including in patients showing symptoms of intoxication. Western health agencies will refuse to carry out these studies because they will show that current official analyses are flawed. The Policy must therefore force the health agencies to carry out these studies.



For example, this plea expresses why some vaccines are dangerous and also explains why Health Agencies falsely announce that vaccines are not dangerous. Blood is insufficient to express an opinion, but health agencies consider blood to be an absolute truth. As the whole body is never taken into account, medical devices cause undetected disorders, and worldwide controversies flare up again and again. Since the post-war period, numerous studies have suggested poisoning by medical devices. But health agencies have denied this. Scientific proof of blood insufficiency was established in the 90s. But health agencies continued to rely on blood.





Other example, if Gulf War veterans' poisoning goes untreated, it's because blood tests have fooled all the doctors.



Other example : The toxicology treatise CHELATION THERAPY (p334, see attachment) reports a serious public health problem affecting Alzheimer's sufferers, as very high excesses of metals (copper, iron) in the brain discovered post-mortem are not treated while the patient is still alive. Although living treatments do exist, but they have not been applied for the past thirty years, as international health agencies have not yet established adequate references in a healthy general population (references = official point of comparison). Current management therefore concerns only the blood, and necessarily excludes the brain and all other organs (muscles, lungs, joints, etc.), as the indispensable point of comparison for these organs does not yet exist: the references for metals stored in the general population after metal treatment. However, it is very easy to establish this point of comparison. All the studies that currently validate all medical devices (e.g. mercury dental amalgams, aluminum vaccines) and all the studies that examine chronic diseases therefore deny the whole body, except the blood. Millions of people are chronically ill as a result of these validated studies, which are 95% flawed on a massive scale.



This plea also expresses the corrective actions needed to ensure that scientific advice on medical devices finally becomes reliable.



All causes must be treated to obtain the maximum chance of remission. Treating a single cause (heavy metals, or pesticides or infections) will never be enough. I have also written a treatise on the removal of all oxidising particles from all organs, including the brain. My treatise is available free of charge (attached). Based on this treatise, the authorities will be able to establish all the references that are essential for destocking oxidising particles. Applied preventively, this treatment could significantly reduce the onset of chronic disease. As a curative measure, this treatment should only cure a minority of chronic illnesses, as there is a spiral of causes that are difficult to remedy. However, the state of health of sufferers should cease to worsen. All effective medicine to treat the causes of Collège de France diseases is mobilized. As a result, some traditional medicines are also included, as theyare unavoidable for eliminating oxidizing particles.
