For those Persian Gulf War Veterans (PGWV)/Desert Shield/Desert Storm, motivated with treatment for Gulf War Illness (GWI). By comparing the Kansas Case Definition for GWI to self identify use the following criteria to determine eligibility: Symptoms in at least 3 - of - 6 - Symptom Groups: 1. Fatigue & Sleep Problems. 2. Pain. 3. Neurologic & Mood 4. Gastrointestinal 5. Respiratory 6. Skin Symptoms; in at lease one(1) moderately severe symptom or two (2) or more within a symptom group. The researcher - Dr Jarred Younger, University of Alabama, Birmingham is excited to conduct research using a group of botanicals identified as Quality-of-Life significant. The clinical trial may be completed from your hometown nationally, no need to travel far away. The trail is also paid. The trial is using botanicals that include Curcumin, Resveratrol, and Stinging Nettle as Treatments for GWI.
