I have reported flagrant parking violations such as this...in the case I reported, EMPTY parking lot, Security Forces car parked in the handicapped parking spot closest to building (no lights on). I walked up (out of uniform) and informed them they were parked in a handicapped parking spot. They acknowledged that and told me to move along. I witnessed an additional member come out with coffee and donuts. I logged the license plate of the security forces car and the time/date. All 3 were wearing jackets that had no rank/names on them....I reported this up through the Commanders action line. I got feedback the following week stating that all 3 were relegated to foot patrol of the base perimeter for at least the next month.

Handicap parking spots may be moved as mission needs (we do this occasionally where I am stationed) HOWEVER: it is for such things as maintenance, force protection measures, and such... Inspection teams, Base Commander (higher then the BN Commander and BN CSM!) are normally either in the next closest parking spot OR in our "traffic circle" which is a "no parking, patient pick-up/drop-off" zone.....The ratio of parking spots to handicap parking slots is pretty much a governed thing....Must abide by type of issue. IF this photo is true, AND the Handicap parking slots were not relocated (and appropriate), then I feel that the BN CC/CSM are WRONG and I would call out either one or both on it.

Step 1: Wait for the handicapped parking spot to be filled by a vehicle that doesn't have a placard
Step 2: Remove white sign hanging over the Handicapped parking sign
Step 3: Call it in
Step 4: Pull out your smart phone and post the results

That is the photo that I am looking for, but I am hoping that some on here know this facility USARC in Green Bay WI. An they will call the facility manager which is the 432 CA BN. So not likely that will do much good. So the next step is to contact the 88th RRC an let them know that this type of actions are going on at their facilities. I am just the conduit for a lower enlisted Soldier drilling at this facility. So please post you discust at this type of Command infuance this Commander and CSM are displaying. Maybe the CA community will contact the commander and correct the wrong that they are displaying. Thanks for all your comments and keep this going
