Good luck. It's not an easy thing to do but with patience and understanding you can get through it. I think the biggest concept I had to get into my head (and still work on) is that civilians don't have the same standards that we do, and there's no way to force them to meet or adhere to our standards. We just have to accept them and not try to teach the proverbial pig to fly. Hang tough!
