My most powerful tool at Cintas is to influence and educate ALL of our people to look at military/veterans for ALL of our programs and positions. I have a team of two, but can influence a team of 30,000. If properly done, as you stated, everyone becomes a resource and an asset to the overall objective.

Another point is several States are introducing updated Veterans Preference laws. Hiring managers,agencies will have to be well versed in the statutes.

CSM Pelletier: The Veterans Administration has a priority hire policy for qualified candidates. Also, most South Carolina public agency have both a veteran and disability priority hire again for quality candidates.
