Would it be better to reclass to an MP or stay 11B?

I'm currently an 11B in the National Guard and am going to go to college to be a Conservation Officer. Would the 11B experience be another good one for the career field or should I reclass?
Also, would it be a better idea to just wait and reenlist instead of trying to get a conditional release to go from the Guard to Active Duty?

SGT (Join to see) I suppose that's possible, but I would think if I was in civilian law enforcement I would value an MP's particular experience.

SrA John Monette - I can testify that the Army will pay you to be outside in the Infantry. A lot. In horrible weather, no, especially in horrible weather. As the saying in the Infantry goes, it ain't training if it ain't raining.
